Lead .NET Developer - Europe's Largest Radio Station Group - Peterborough

Our client is Europe's largest and most profitable commercial radio group. In order to keep pace with the new digital technologies being developed, they are transforming their stations into interactive brands that can operate across multiple platforms such as online, digital TV and mobile. We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer to technically lead their dynamic .NET / C# team of high-performing individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the .NET / C# development team.
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions on enterprise-level projects.
• Collaborate across platforms and ensure alignment with digital transformation initiatives.
• Participate in analysis, development, testing and delivery of software solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in a lead or senior capacity within a software development team.
• Strong skill set in: .NET, .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC, C# and Azure SQL.
• Willingness to engage with training in: .NET 9, React, EF Core, Azure, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Agile, TDD, BDD, Azure SQL and MongoDB.

Location & Salary

Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, UK / Remote Working

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + Pension + Benefits
