What you will do:

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to design, execute, and evaluate AI experiments.
• Adapt and implement cutting-edge research methods to optimize and scale model performance in production.
• Build end-to-end pipelines for training, fine-tuning, distillation, and deployment of customized ML solutions.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses strong programming experience in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Has proven experience building robust, scalable ML systems, comfortable with CI/CD and model deployment.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or SLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Llama) and related frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
