Worktop Installer (Lead Installer) - Permanent - Full time - Up to £50k - Based in the Chieveley area, remote working with travelling.

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Lead Worktop Installer to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing bespoke quartz worktops in our customers' homes, ensuring that each job is completed to the highest standards. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver the best possible service and installation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the installation.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines and company procedures.
  • Maintain an organised schedule, ensuring all appointments are met on time.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or queries during the installation process.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and ready for use.
  • Keep detailed records of each installation, including photographs, measurements, and any follow-up requirements.
  • Installing bespoke Quartz worktops to the highest standard.
  • Handling mitred jobs (built-up) with confidence.
  • Conducting detailed quality control checks during and after installation.
  • Completing all necessary paperwork to Company standards.
  • Ensuring work vehicles are loaded with the correct tools and equipment.
  • Representing the company professionally in a customer-facing role
Key Requirements
  • Previous proven experience as a Worktop Installer in the stone industry.
  • Strong understanding of installation techniques and the ability to problem solve on the job.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work to precise specifications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license (due to the nature of the role, driving to client sites is required).
  • Flexibility with travel and working hours as required.
