A Global Professional Services firm are seeking a Lead Information Security Engineer to play a key role in shaping and strengthening its global security architecture.

This is a senior, high-impact position working closely with Security Leadership and IT teams to ensure the firm's cloud, data protection, and incident response capabilities are robust, scalable, and aligned with business and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud architecture (Azure, O365, Teams)

• Lead DLP monitoring, policy definition, and incident workflows

• Manage and respond to security incidents across a global estate

• Conduct risk assessments for vendors, projects, and systems

• Support ISO 27002-aligned governance and compliance controls

• Collaborate with Infrastructure and IT teams to embed security best practice

• Contribute to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning

Experience Required

• 5+ years within an Information Security function

• Strong experience securing Azure/Microsoft 365 environments

• Hands-on experience with DLP systems and incident response

• Solid understanding of networking, Firewalls, and cloud security controls

• Experience operating in enterprise or regulated environments

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Desirable:

• CISSP or CEH certification
• Experience within legal or professional services environments
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SIEM platforms, CyberArk, Rapid7, Palo Alto
