Lead IAM Architect - Hybrid/Remote

We are seeking a Lead IAM Architect to define and govern the IAM architecture, guide migration from Legacy systems, and ensure secure, scalable, and compliant solutions across the region.

What you'll do

• Own the IAM vision, roadmap, and target architecture (Entra ID, IGA, PAM).
• Lead architectural design, standards, and governance across IAM initiatives.
• Oversee transition from Legacy IAM to modern, standardized platforms.
• Collaborate with program, security, and engineering teams to ensure alignment.
• Validate vendor and internal solution designs against architectural guardrails.

What you bring

• 8+ years in IT architecture, 5+ in IAM (Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, SSO/MFA).
• Strong grasp of Zero Trust, IAM best practices, and enterprise architecture (TOGAF).
• Proven leadership in complex transformations and excellent stakeholder skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch or French is a plus.
