Lead HR Advisor: Shape People, Wellbeing & Culture

Hoop Recruitment LTD is seeking a Lead HR Advisor to play a pivotal role in shaping the organisational culture. You'll manage diverse employee relations issues while leading initiatives around wellbeing, engagement, and EDI, in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This hybrid role offers the opportunity to mentor junior HR professionals and influence people strategies. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 5 qualification and significant generalist HR experience, combined with a sound understanding of UK employment law.
