Join Our Client as a Lead HR Advisor - Central Services 
Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a real impact? Our client, a reputable organisation committed to fostering a competent and compliant workforce, is hiring for a Lead HR Advisor to support their Central Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders, provide expert guidance, and lead a dedicated HR team.
What you'll be doing:- Advising managers on all human resources matters, including employee relations, policies, and performance management.
- Managing complex staff relations cases such as grievances, disciplinaries, and long term absences, liaising with legal representatives when necessary.
- Ensuring HR policies are current, compliant, and effectively communicated across the organisation.
- Coaching managers on staff development, employment legislation, and best practices.
- Supporting TUPE projects and staff welfare initiatives.
- Leading on HR system data accuracy, reporting, and analysis to inform decision making.
- Supporting and developing the HR team, driving process improvements, and contributing to the organisation's people strategy.
- Deputising for the Human Resources Manager and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience across all HR functions, with a proven track record in handling complex employee relations.
- Experience managing HR metrics and KPIs.
- Line management experience within a HR team.
- Excellent communication skills and IT literacy.
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgement.
- Ability to work confidently across all levels of the organisation.
- Willingness to travel across multiple sites; a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (to be completed upon appointment).
- Ability to travel across various operational sites.

- Business mileage paid at HMRC rates.
