Job Title: Lead Engineer Installations

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job description

• You are technically strong, think integrally and enjoy managing teams. You switch easily between technology and process, and are a real connector. You keep a cool head in complex situations and always think one step ahead.
• You will work on large, high-profile projects in the infrastructure and energy sector - think of new construction and renovation, with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation.

Your responsibilities:

• Designing innovative and reliable electrical installations
• Managing the technical design and implementation process
• Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams (national/international)
• Collaborating with clients, consultants and executing parties
• Monitoring quality, progress and integration within the project

Requirements

• A completed technical HBO or WO education (Electrical Engineering, Automation, WTB or similar)
• Extensive experience with the design and realization of technical installations within infrastructure projects
• Leadership experience within (multidisciplinary) project teams
• Good knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and regulations
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
