Lead Engineer (Azure Integration)

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as Technical Lead or Project Lead Engineer on client projects
• Lead smaller engagements end-to-end as Delivery Lead
• Be hands-on - design, build, and deliver solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies
• Supervise and mentor other engineers
• Be a key part of the customer-facing team, providing expertise and trusted advice
• Work flexibly across multiple projects - from short-term pieces to large-scale programmes
• Supporting New Business
• Design and present cloud integration solutions for customer bids
• Attend customer meetings and deliver compelling technical presentations
• Support our Sales team with technical insights and solution proposals
• Contribute to case studies and technical content that showcase our capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with Azure Integration Services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Event Grid, Service Bus)
• Proven track record of technical leadership on complex projects
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and managing competing priorities
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable - thrives in dynamic environments
