You will be working in the Building Services OU based in London where we are responsible for bringing Skanska's purpose to build for a better society to life-creating healthy workplaces, comfortable homes and efficient facilities that improve people's lives. Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.
We are currently looking for a Lead Engineer who ensures that operational delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and the business processes. Services to be delivered with high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all sites remain compliant.
As the Lead Engineer, you will- Manage client and building users expectations and to aim for consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Management of client relationship on a daily basis.
- Take full ownership of the CAFM system for the site, ensure all reactive & planned tasks are completed within SLA's required. Ensure all quotes are managed within SLA's
- Coordinate and take responsibility for all planned and reactive maintenance for all equipment, plant, services, and system
- Manage additional capital works. Arrange sub-contractor attendance and provide detailed quotations, supervise work, and carry out quality control and final sign off.
- Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site
- Qualified in Engineering discipline in NVQ level or higher.
- Electrical Experience and FM service delivery.
- Sound knowledge of H&S Legislation and some knowledge of COSHH.
- Knowledge of smart building technologies and mechanical experience is advantageous.
