Head of Electronics Design Engineer - Cambridge

My client is seeking a Head of Electronics Engineer to join our team at a global leader in wearable healthcare and technology. In this role, you'll spearhead product development, guiding a team of engineers in a collaborative environment. Working closely with the wider company and the broader R&D team, you'll be a key individual designing cutting-edge electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing hardware activities and collaborating with engineers at varying levels of seniority
• Managing full product design, from concept to mass production
• Conducting circuit design, simulation, component selection, prototyping, testing, and evaluating new technologies for potential integration into products

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in electronics/hardware design ( both analog and digital)
• Proficiency in PCB design
• Basic knowledge/experience in RF and EMC testing
• Experience in low-power design and familiarity with wireless protocols
