Lead Ecologist & Project Mentor

WSP Cardiff is seeking an experienced ecologist to step into an Associate role, leading projects, mentoring colleagues, and making a tangible impact across UK biodiversity workstreams.

You will collaborate with specialists across habitats, protected species, and planning, delivering Ecological Impact Assessments, supporting clients, and helping shape best practice while growing your consultancy skills.
