Job Description

The Marketing Hub is a native digital B2B marketing agency specialized in designing and managing sales and marketing programs that drive measurable growth for leading technology companies, energy and defense industries, and software start-ups.


Our agency is expanding and we are currently looking for a Lead Development Representative (LDR) for the US market to join our international team. This position plays a critical role in the success of demand generation and lead qualification programs for one of our global clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and handing over high-value leads to the client's sales team.


Working hours: 14:00 CET to 22:00 CET, with two remote working days per week.


Key Responsibilities


  • Execute demand generation and lead qualification campaigns for the US and other English-speaking markets, focusing on the technology and education sectors.
  • Identify potential business opportunities among target audiences such as educational institutions, corporations, and public sector entities.
  • Conduct prospecting activities via telephone and social selling through platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Detect potential projects in areas like enterprise management software, cloud services, data analytics, IT security, applications, hardware, and cloud migration.
  • Manage and progress the sales pipeline through measurable KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the Account Director and client teams to align on objectives, strategies, and action plans.
  • Prepare account lists, sales kits, and other materials tailored to each market segment and client profile.
  • Conduct first-level meetings with potential leads to identify interest and needs before passing the opportunity to the client's sales force.
  • Use and maintain the client's and the agency's CRM and reporting tools (HubSpot) to track progress and results.
  • Work closely with the internal marketing team, contributing to the execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Attend client training sessions to develop deep knowledge of their solutions portfolio and enhance communication and sales skills.


Skills & Qualifications


  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, Lead Development, or Demand Generation.
  • Knowledge of the IT and education markets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and reporting skills.
  • Strong ability to work with KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Creative thinking and ability to adapt to different business environments.
  • Comfortable interacting with different levels of stakeholders within the organization.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent command of English, equivalent to C2 level or higher (bilingual or fully proficient).


Education


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
  • Fluent or bilingual level of English (C2 level required).
