Lead Design Assurance Engineer (Medical Devices) - Hybrid

Hollister Incorporated seeks a Lead Quality Engineer Design Assurance to join our Quality team. You will represent Quality Management on new product development and change management, driving decisions and ensuring project success.

The role requires in-office presence in Kaunas about 3 days per week as part of a hybrid environment. You will manage usability files, lead FMEA activities, support verification/validation, and coordinate with internal and supplier QA teams.
