We are inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Quality Analyst / Business Analyst.

Responsibilities include:

1. Working closely with Business stakeholders and Technology teams to understand core business problems and deliver optimal IT solutions.
2. Collaborating with QA Team to ensure high product quality and promote efficient QA tools and techniques.
3. Involvement in requirements gathering, analysis, design, and validation.
4. Partnering with Technology Leads to effectively deliver on business requirements.
5. Ensuring that all new solutions are scalable and meet high architectural standards.
6. Working with larger teams towards successful resolution and validation of implementation issues.
7. Serving as the Quality Analyst for large platform migration programs, analyzing BRD/requirements, and extracting testing requirements.
8. Creating test strategies and developing test scenarios.
9. Exploring automation opportunities and executing test scenarios for certification.

Qualifications we seek:

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech./MCA in IT/Computer Science/Any Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Strong product functionality knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:

• Experience working in the Lending domain.
• Strong business/quality analysis and validation experience.
• Ability to collaborate with business analysts, development managers, architects, infrastructure teams, and developers to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and implement them.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
