Fime has been expanding its consulting business unit globally through acquisitions and organic growth. The experienced and dynamic Lead Consultant will grow the business unit and deliver exceptional consultancy services to our clients worldwide.

Activities

• Lead a team of consultants.
• Support business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
• Manage projects to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical consulting services on digital identity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet their needs and expectations.
• Conduct in depth analysis of clients' business operations, strategies, and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive, tailored solutions to address identified challenges and opportunities.
• Provide expert guidance and leadership during projects, including risk management and decision making.
• Communicate complex information clearly and effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and changes to keep advice and solutions current.
• Provide thought leadership through blog posts and by representing the company at payments conferences and industry forums.

Job Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical aspects of identity and/or payments, security and/or privacy. Experience with mobile identity, security architecture or applied cryptography is an advantage.
• Project management skills.
• Solid experience in technical consulting, business consulting, or certification and testing.
• Demonstrated expertise working within regulated industries and/or the public sector.
• Strong track record in team management.
• Hands on experience in both sales and presales activities.

Knowledge & Skills

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency with standards and security technologies, preferably in digital identity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present documentation and influence decision making.
• Project management and operations experience.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
