Job Title: D365 F&O HCM Lead Consultant

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)

Job type: Contract/Freelancer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 F&O HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Proven expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Talent Management, and Employee Self-Service modules.
• Proficiency in HCM integrations with other enterprise systems and data migration strategies.
• Mentor project teams, manage deliverables, and ensure successful client outcomes.
• Own strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership across projects.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and organizational change management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting and solution delivery.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) - HCM modules.
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
