An established Independent Insurance Broker in the Bedford area is seeking an experienced Lead Commercial Broker to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused professional ready to take on a leadership role with strong earning potential.

The Role:

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide expert advisory support across commercial risks
• Support and lead team members
• Drive growth through account development and new opportunities
• Daily use of Acturis (essential)

About You:

• 10-15 years' commercial insurance experience
• Previous management experience
• Cert CII qualified
• Strong advisory and relationship-building skills
• Supportive, friendly and professional approach
