Job Description
Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Head Bartender to lead our Bars team. You will oversee bar operations, craft drinks and mentor the bar staff to deliver exceptional service for our members.
This role offers a base salary of £28,385.61 with estimated gratuities of around £8,000, targeting an on target earnings of £36,705.61 per annum on a 40 hour contract. On site duties and a vibrant hospitality environment await.
