We are looking for a Lead Android Engineer Payment Solutions for our client in the payments industry to design and develop secure, innovative Android-based payment solutions onsite in Limerick, Ireland.

Remote/On-Site: 100% Onsite in Limerick, Ireland

YOUR CHALLENGE
. Design and develop Android applications and payment services
. Integrate Back End payment systems using XML/SOAP, TCP, and HTTP/S protocols
. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full software stack
. Contribute to architectural design and implement secure, scalable solutions
. Mentor team members and support effort estimation and planning
. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical delivery with business goals
 
 YOUR TALENT
. 8+ years in software engineering, including at least 6 years in Android development and 2+ years in a technical leadership role
. Strong hands-on skills with Java, Kotlin, Android, and C; experience with REST services and Android ROM is a plus
. Good understanding of EMVCo standards, PCI compliance, and secure payment systems
. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills
. Proficiency with Android SDK, REST APIs, Docker, Jenkins, and Git
. Focus on EMV-compliant, PCI-secure mobile payment systems for SmartPOS and SoftPOS solutions
