Salary: £44,460 - £53,820 basic (£19.00 - £23.00/hr) + Overtime at £28.50 - £34.50/hr (Realistic £60k+ OTE)

Location: Crayford Area (Easy commute from Dartford, Erith, Bexleyheath)

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent - Choice of Early (06:00 - 15:30) or Late (13:30 - 22:00)

• Executing minor and major mechanical overhauls across a diverse fleet of modern LCVs and commercial vehicles.
• Running deep-level electrical and mechanical diagnostics using up-to-date software.
• Carrying out Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) and preparing vehicles for 100% MOT pass rates.
• Maintaining a clean "Right First Time" standard on all work entering your bay.
• Keeping accurate job logs and following workshop safety protocols.

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance (or time-served equivalent).
• Experience: Proven background servicing and repairing LCVs, vans, or light commercial fleets.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, quality-focused technician eager to maximize take-home pay.
• Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
