Role Description:

As a Design & Resource Engineer you will be responsible for carrying out production studies and to create Layouts for photovoltaic plants, wind energy plants, hydrogen facilities and battery storages. All according to the international, national and local regulations. Another element in the daily work is the preparation of technical and administrative documentation in order to present the project to the planning authorities and the network operators in Spain, USA and UK.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Conducting preliminary layout and production studies to see the viability of the projects.
• Carrying out detailed layouts based on national and regional regulation.
• Preparation of project documentation in order to present the projects to local and national planning authorities.
• Working hand in hand with the development teams in the countries mentioned above to adapt the layout and documentation to the needs given by environmental restrictions, landlords interests and requirements given by the planning authorities
• Give support with any technical matter to the development team.
• Managing all the information related to projects based on the input received from the local development teams.
• Communicate with the engineering team for project development purposes.
• Keep up to date with all matters regarding national and local requirements

Requirements:

• University Degree or Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering /electrical engineering/energy engineering.
• Valuable knowledge of single line diagrams.
• Advanced use of the Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Earth, QGIS or similar.
• Ability to work in a team, problem solving, interpersonal skills, good communication.
• A dynamic, proactive person with the ability to adapt and work in a dynamic, fluid and results-oriented environment.
• Advanced level of English and Italian.
