Harmonics Recruitment is seeking a Laser Cutting Specialist to join a leading manufacturing company in the Mid West. The role focuses on technical leadership in laser cutting, optimising processing performance and driving continuous improvement on the shop floor.

The candidate will develop and maintain laser cutting programmes, validate new processes, and collaborate with Production and Quality teams to enhance throughput and reduce waste. Strong experience with CAD/CAM is essential.
