A landscaping company is seeking a Landscape Gardener / General Operative to join its team based in South Darenth, Kent.

The role involves landscaping, grounds maintenance, and general property maintenance across commercial and retail sites throughout Kent and Essex. Applicants should be reliable, hardworking, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out landscaping and soft landscaping duties.
• Perform grounds maintenance and garden upkeep.
• Complete general property maintenance tasks.
• Work across commercial and retail properties.
• Travel to sites throughout Kent and Essex.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Previous landscaping and maintenance experience.
• At least one year's gardening experience.
• A good work ethic and reliable timekeeping.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Full UK driving licence (required due to location and early start times).
