Landscape Architects - All Levels (Graduate to Senior)
Location: Bristol
Salary: £DOE We're working with a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy based in Cardiff that's looking to grow its Landscape Architecture team. Whether you're just starting out as a Graduate or stepping into a Senior role, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative studio that's been shaping sustainable, people-focused places for over 20 years. The studio brings together Landscape Architects, Urban Designers, and Planners who work on a broad range of projects including public realm, urban regeneration, and landscape-led masterplanning, making a meaningful impact on the built and natural environment. You'll be supported and mentored as a junior or, if you're stepping into a more senior role, you'll be trusted to lead projects and help shape the studio's creative output. THE ROLE

- Depending on your level, responsibilities may include:
- Developing high-quality landscape designs from concept to delivery
- Contributing to or leading on public realm, regeneration, and masterplanning projects
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members (for senior roles)
- Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Contributing to bids, proposals, and the studio's growing design portfolio
- A degree/postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture
- A passion for thoughtful, sustainable design
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
- Knowledge of UK planning policy and sustainability principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- CMLI status is required for senior-level applicants
