As a Beauty Advisor, you'll provide personalised consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance, delivering exceptional service that reflects the elegance and innovation of the Lancôme brand. With a passion for beauty and building client relationships, you'll help customers feel confident, radiant, and empowered.

• Deliver exceptional, personalised beauty consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance
• Build strong client relationships through expert advice, follow-up, and ongoing skincare support
• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall counter success
• Maintain deep product knowledge and stay up to date with new launches and brand education
• Provide tailored skincare recommendations based on client concerns and needs
• Ensure the counter is clean, organised, and merchandised to reflect Lancôme's luxury standards
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
• Support in-store events, promotions, and brand activations to enhance customer engagement
• Uphold Lancôme's brand values of elegance, innovation, and empowerment in every interaction
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a professional, positive, and results-driven environment
