Lake District Operations Chef: Build Winning Kitchen Teams

The Inn Collection Group is seeking an Operations Chef to support its Lake District inns during the busiest trading period. In this role, you will work closely with Head Chefs and kitchen teams to improve standards, coach staff, and enhance kitchen performance. Key responsibilities include building strong team relationships, conducting kitchen audits, and ensuring food quality and cost control. This is a fixed-term contract for four months, primarily field-based across stunning locations in the Lake District.
