About the Role:

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team in Cambridge. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in their effort, and is looking to work in a friendly and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with general site duties and manual labour tasks
2. Loading and unloading materials
3. Operating basic tools and equipment (training provided if needed)
4. Ensuring work areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
5. Supporting tradespeople and following site supervisor instructions

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a labouring or similar manual role (preferred but not essential)
2. Good level of physical fitness
3. A positive attitude and strong work ethic
4. Punctual, reliable, and a team player
5. CSCS card (preferred but not essential - we can help the right candidate obtain one)
