Description

Careys Civil Engineering is looking for hardworking and reliable Labourers to support our site teams in delivering safe, high quality civil engineering projects.

You'll play a key role in maintaining site safety, supporting trades, and ensuring smooth day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist trades and site teams with general labouring duties.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
• Move materials, tools, and equipment around site.
• Support with basic tasks such as digging, sweeping, and loading/unloading deliveries.
• Follow site safety rules and report any hazards or issues.
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient site progress.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Valid CSCS card.
• Previous labouring or construction site experience (preferred but not essential).
• Good work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions.
• Physically fit for manual, hands on tasks.
