Labourer - Hampshire

We are looking for a hard-working, reliable and dependable Labourer to join our team on a 2-week project at a Deichmann site.

This is a general labouring position and will involve a range of day-to-day site duties to support the tradesmen and wider site team. The role will suit someone who is practical, physically capable and not afraid to get stuck in.

You will be expected to assist with keeping the site organised, moving materials and equipment, helping tradesmen when required, and carrying out general duties to ensure the project runs smoothly. A good attitude is essential, as is the ability to take instructions and work well as part of a team.

We are looking for someone who is punctual, reliable and hard-working, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to get on with the job. The successful candidate will take pride in their work, maintain a safe and tidy working environment and be willing to help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out general labouring duties on site
• Moving and handling materials and equipment
• Assisting tradesmen and other site workers
• Loading, unloading and organising materials
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
• Helping with deliveries and general site duties
• Following instructions from the Site Manager and tradesmen
• Supporting the team with any other reasonable labouring duties

Requirements

MUST HAVE:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Previous labouring or construction experience
• Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual work
• Hard-working and willing to get stuck in
• Reliable and punctual
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to follow instructions
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Good awareness of health and safety

CSCS Card is essential. Candidates without a valid CSCS Card will not be considered.
