Ready to join the best team in the industry and make a real impact? We're looking for a proactive and hardworking Labourer to join our high performing Plant & Tools Division. As a Labourer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our depot runs smoothly and safely. You'll maintain a clean and hazard free workshop and yard, prepare plant equipment for hire, and support the wider team to deliver exceptional service to our customers across construction, utilities and infrastructure sectors.

This is a hands on role offering real career progression in a company that invests in its people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Keeping the workshop and yard clean, tidy, and hazard free
• Cleaning equipment and storing it in an orderly fashion
• Quality checking equipment before it leaves the depot to ensure it is hire ready
• Re fueling plant and machinery, accurately updating fuel logs
• Assisting with general workshop duties as required
• Loading, delivering and collecting hire equipment to and from customer sites in a safe, timely and professional manner, ensuring all relevant checks and associated administration are completed accurately

About You

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a labourer role, ideally within a hire depot or yard environment
• Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues
• Ability to work independently and use initiative in a busy environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Driving licence required; a CSCS card and/or forklift licence are advantageous
