The department Animal Health is located at the Boxmeer site. There they develop new medicines specifically for animals. They produce, amongst others, vaccines that prevent bacterial, parasitic and viral infections at both pet as farm animals. They are one of the first companies that focuses on biological research for animal health.

Your new role

As Lab Technician in Boxmeer you will have a number of responsibilities which include performing, reporting and checking QC tests according to standard GMP procedures. Alongside this, you'll also identify and report (OOS) deviations and trends according to the above mentioned procedures. You will enter test results and make data analysis / trending and possible assess them as part of process improvement projects (Lean Six Sigma). Finally, you will review existing and new work instructions and possible modify SOPs.

What you'll need to succeed

You have a Bachelor's degree with knowledge of an experience in biological and/or pharmaceutical chemical production processes and experience with GMP. You have an attention to detail with a willingness to support change with excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch. You will perform various physical and chemical test techniques such as HPLC, particle size analysis, rheometer, viscosity and TOC.
