We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join our Laboratory Administration team! Location: Harleston Laboratory Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) Hours: 22.5 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday to Wednesday 9-5pm

Core Responsibilities

• To Process Newly Received Veterinary Submissions - through Data Entry & labelling for our laboratory
• Manage incoming Client Queries and Incoming Communication from partner laboratories and suppliers

Skills & Attributes Needed

• Comfortable using computers and data entry systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using telephone systems and providing excellent customer service
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Able to work under pressure and perform routine tasks reliably
• Team player with a positive attitude

Additional Information

• No prior lab or scientific experience required - full training provided.
