Job Description

• Process customer orders, focusing on physicochemical chemical methods for parenterals (light obscuration, Osmolality, micro flow imaging, clarity/color, container closure integrity (pressure/vacuum decay and headspace analysis)
• Independently organize and conduct analysis of customer orders, including sample preparation, analysis, evaluation, and documentation
• Collaborate with scientists on method validations
• Work in a GMP laboratory environment
• Take over responsibility for analytical instrumentation (troubleshooting, data integrity and coordination with suppliers)

Requirements

• Education as lab technician with focus on analytics or comparable education
• Professional experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment is preferred
• Previous experience with some of the methods listed above is an advantage
• Excellent understanding of analytical chemistry and excitement to learn new analysis techniques
• Experience with pharmacopoeial (Ph. Eur and USP) testing is advantageous
• Proactive, committed, reliable and hard working
• Good knowledge of English. German is an advantage
