L&OD Programme Manager - Hybrid, Fixed-Term

Metropolitan Thames Valley is seeking an L&OD Programme Manager to lead learning and organisational development planning that builds capability and improves performance. The role requires frequent travel to MTVH offices and a hybrid working pattern with three days in the office and two days at home.

As a trusted consultant, you will influence and partner with senior leaders and frontline colleagues to deliver on MTVH's strategic priorities. The fixed-term contract runs until August 2027.
