KYC Programme Lead

£750-800pd Inside IR35

The KYC Programme Lead is responsible for leading significant transformation initiatives in banks, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and effective stakeholder management, ultimately contributing to the organization's financial crime risk management framework.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead significant transformation programmes with a focus on AML compliance.

  • Deliver PEGA Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) projects.

  • Prepare high-quality status reports and documentation.

  • Understand how the workstream scope integrates with the overall project vision.

  • Demonstrate strong AML domain knowledge, including financial crime risks and controls.

  • Engage in extensive stakeholder management.

  • Develop spotlight and options papers for presentation to senior leaders.

  • Promote a culture of confidence, learning, and trust among team members.

  • Embrace and embody Nordea's leadership competencies.

Key Requirements
  • Significant experience in transformation programmes, particularly in the AML space.

  • Experience with PEGA CLM projects.

  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.

  • Deep understanding of financial crime risks and controls.

  • Extensive stakeholder management experience.
