We are seeking a dedicated professional with successful middle leadership experience for the role of KS5 Digital T level Coordinator at Ada Lovelace CE High School. Ada Lovelace CE High School, part of the Twyford CE Academies Trust, is a new seven-form-entry secondary school for pupils aged 11-18 in Ealing, West London. The KS5 Digital T level Coordinator will be an innovative teacher and curriculum planner, taking on departmental leadership responsibilities. The role involves managing KS5 curriculum planning, progress monitoring, and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning. The successful candidate will foster a culture of sharing good practice within the department.

Ideal candidates will be outstanding classroom practitioners with experience in leading training, curriculum and assessment planning, and achieving excellent student outcomes across diverse abilities. They should be proficient in analyzing student performance data and motivated to lead and manage others towards shared goals.
