Job Description

KS2 Teacher - Ealing

Location: Ealing, London

Salary: £37,870-£56,154 per annum, dependent on experience

Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary

Start Date: 8 September 2026

Teach Now is seeking a knowledgeable KS2 Teacher for a full-time, long-term role in Ealing.

Key responsibilities:
  • Planning and delivering the KS2 curriculum
  • Maintaining high expectations for attainment and progress
  • Developing strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Using assessment and feedback effectively
  • Differentiating for SEND, EAL and mixed attainment
  • Creating a purposeful and positive classroom culture
  • Working effectively with support staff
  • Contributing to curriculum and phase planning
Requirements:
  • QTS
  • Strong recent experience teaching KS2
  • Secure National Curriculum knowledge
  • Evidence of effective pupil progress
  • Confident behaviour and classroom management
  • Excellent organisation and communication
  • Commitment to safeguarding

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role.

An experienced KS2 Teacher will find plenty of scope in this position to bring their own strengths to the classroom while working collaboratively with colleagues.

Salary is dependent on experience and placement requirements.
