The Role

As a KS1 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued and motivated to succeed.
• Plan and assess learning in line with the National Curriculum.
• Work closely with colleagues, support staff and parents to ensure pupils achieve their full potential.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and support its values and vision.

We Are Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1, although strong Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
• A positive, flexible and collaborative approach to working within a school team.
