KS1 Teacher Location: Stourport-on-Severn Contract: Full-time, long-term Start Date: September 2026 Paragon Education is recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a friendly and nurturing primary school in Stourport-on-Severn.

The school is passionate about creating a positive and engaging learning environment where young learners are encouraged to develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working with children in the early stages of their education.

You will be supported by an experienced leadership team and work alongside colleagues who are committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

What the role involves

• Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Creating a stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development
• Supporting pupils in building strong foundations in literacy and numeracy
• Assessing progress and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and fellow staff members
• Building positive relationships with parents and carers to support pupil success

What you'll need

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 in a UK primary school
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• A nurturing and positive approach to teaching and learning
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
