Job Description
KS1 Primary Teacher
Aspire People are recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher to join one of our partner primary schools.
The school is looking for a teacher who can inspire young learners, deliver engaging lessons, and help pupils build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and personal development.

The Role:
Full classroom teaching responsibilities within KS1
Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
Delivering a broad and balanced curriculum
Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
The Successful Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have recent UK primary teaching experience
Have excellent knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
Be an effective classroom practitioner
Build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues
Be passionate about raising attainment and pupil confidence
