We are recruiting Kraken Technology specialists to support a major utility client undertaking a significant customer and billing transformation.

Working as part of the client-side programme team, you will provide specialist Kraken knowledge and help ensure that the utility develops the internal capability required to successfully adopt, operate and continuously improve the platform.

We are particularly interested in professionals who have either worked directly for Kraken Technologies or gained substantial hands-on Kraken experience while working for a utility, consulting organisation or implementation partner.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing client-side functional and delivery expertise across the Kraken platform
• Supporting billing, charging, tariffs, metering and customer-account processes
• Translating utility business and regulatory requirements into workable solutions
• Supporting customer, billing and meter-data migration
• Assisting with product and tariff configuration
• Supporting integration with finance, payments, metering, market and reporting systems
• Planning and delivering SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing
• Supporting billing assurance and financial reconciliation
• Investigating defects and billing discrepancies
• Supporting phased migration, cutover and hypercare
• Transferring Kraken knowledge to internal teams

Essential experience:

• Demonstrable delivery experience involving the Kraken platform
• Strong understanding of energy-supply customer and billing processes
• Experience working across business, technology and operational teams
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
• Ability to operate independently within a client-side programme

Experience of SAP IS-U, major billing-platform migrations or European energy-market processes would be advantageous.
