Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Monitor legal, regulatory, and market developments, and communicate updates through bulletins, training sessions, or other formats.
- Draft and maintain standard forms, templates, guidance notes, and other knowledge tools to support market leading legal work.
- Contribute to the group's training programmes, including substantive legal training and onboarding support.
- Analyse market trends and assist in preparing internal market surveys.
- Support the development and delivery of thought leadership content, including drafting and editing articles.
- Participate in external forums and engage with the wider legal community to stay informed on industry developments.
- Provide ad hoc legal and technical support to attorneys across the practice group.
Candidate Profile
We welcome applications from individuals who are:
- Qualified solicitors in England and Wales
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and capable of working independently
Essential qualifications and experience:
- A Bachelor of Laws (or equivalent)
- At least five years' post-qualification experience in M&A at a leading international law firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects independently
- The firm has a well-established knowledge management programme with clear career progression pathways. While the expectation is for candidates to have 5+ years PQE, applications from those with significant experience in the field are also welcomed.
