Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a Banking & Finance lawyer seeking a different career path while staying closely connected to complex legal developments and market trends.
Joining a collaborative team of legal specialists, editors and subject matter experts, you will help build and develop a growing Banking & Finance knowledge service. The role offers genuine variety, combining legal research, writing, analysis and content development, alongside opportunities to contribute to product innovation and subscriber engagement.
Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered, with flexible and remote working arrangements available.
- Research, draft, review and maintain high-quality Banking & Finance legal content.
- Develop new content across key areas including legislation, precedents, practical guidance and market commentary.
- Monitor legal, regulatory and market developments to identify topics of relevance and interest to subscribers.
- Collaborate with legal experts, knowledge professionals and editorial teams to deliver market-leading content.
- Respond to subscriber enquiries and contribute to client engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with product and development teams to enhance the user experience and technical functionality of the platform.
- Support the ongoing expansion and evolution of the Banking & Finance knowledge offering.
Profile
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' PQE.
- Strong Banking & Finance experience gained within private practice, chambers or a comparable environment.
- Recent transactional experience would be advantageous.
- Experience in areas such as real estate finance and/or leveraged finance would be beneficial.
- Outstanding legal drafting and writing skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and succinctly.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
- A genuine interest in legal knowledge, content development and legal technology.
