A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Knowledge Counsel to join their Real Estate Transactions team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical legal expertise with a focus on innovation, process improvement, and legal technology.

The role

• Providing technical guidance and answering transactional queries
• Developing and maintaining standard documents, templates, and know-how
• Delivering training and updates on legal developments
• Leading and supporting process improvements using legal tech, AI, and other innovation tools
• Creating playbooks, prompt libraries, and knowledge resources to improve efficiency and accessibility

The candidate

• Qualified Real Estate Lawyer with 3-5 years PQE
• Strong experience in transactional real estate matters
• Skilled in legal tech and AI tools (e.g., knowledge systems, Harvey, Orbital Copilot)
• Interest in innovation with the ability to spot opportunities to improve service delivery
• Excellent communicator and trainer, able to distill complex advice for teams
• Proactive, organised, and commercially aware with an understanding of client drivers
