Kitchen Team Leader

Responsibilities

As a Kitchen team leader for Village Hotels we are looking for hands on passionate individuals to provide vital support in delivering brand lead mouth watering dishes to all our customers in the various outlets within our F&B operation. If you're eager to climb the kitchen ladder, we'll support you in every aspect of your role, providing on the job training and also gaining NVQ qualifications.

In your role as a kitchen team leader you will work alongside and deputise in the absence of the kitchen manager and assistant kitchen manager; you will also work alongside the other chefs during prep and service times and play a part in the smooth running of a close knit team, helping deliver the kitchen department's bigger goals within the hotel business.
