Kitchen Manager

We're looking for a super-organised, systems-focused Kitchen Manager to join this busy and much-loved East London bakery.

Reporting to the Head Baker, you'll know the kitchen inside out and play an integral role in ensuring the smooth running and continued success of this incredible, artisanal bakery. With a loyal following this is a brilliant opportunity to join a business whose products people travel from far and wide to enjoy.

For the first 3-6 months, this will be a hybrid role, combining hands on baking with office-based responsibilities. This time will give you the opportunity to fully understand the bakery operation, build strong relationships with the team and put effective systems and processes in place.

Once you're fully settled into the role, the position will move to a Monday Friday, 5 day working week, with that they'll need to be some flexibility with stepping in and supporting on shift as and when needed.
