Contract Details

38 hours per week, up to £14.91 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team in preparing, cooking and serving meals.
• Collaborate closely with the Kitchen Manager to maintain kitchen standards.
• Operate user friendly kitchen equipment and uphold safe food handling practices.
• Support the team to deliver high quality, mouth watering dishes to guests.

Qualifications

• Previous catering or hospitality experience with a focus on kitchen leadership.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy kitchen.
• Immediate availability starting promptly.
