• Contract: Permanent
• Average weekly working hours: 35.5 hours, shifts are between 8am - 4pm
• Week 1 working days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday
• Week 2 working days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday
• Hourly Pay: £10.84 for under 21 year olds, £12.71 if above the age of 21

What You'll Be Doing

As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll help keep our kitchen running smoothly by:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
• Supporting your team to deliver great food and service
• Receiving, storing and organising deliveries
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleaning standards
• Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
• Checking stock, dates and food quality
• Using kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Helping to reduce waste and keep the kitchen organised

What We're Looking For

• Has experience in a kitchen, catering or hospitality environment
• Works well in a busy team and communicates effectively
• Is organised, reliable and able to use their initiative
• Understands food hygiene, allergens and kitchen safety
• Can stay calm under pressure and maintain high standards
• Holds a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable)
