Pay Rate: £11.00 - £12.71 excluding tips

Hours: 40 - 45 per week (hours are negotiable)

Our Manchester location is looking for an experienced and adaptable Kitchen Assistant to lead the launch and shape the future of this exciting new site. If you're ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a vibrant, expanding team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

• Support chefs with food prep (chopping, washing, etc.)
• Keep kitchen areas clean and organized
• Assist with stock rotation and ingredient storage
• Wash dishes and sanitize equipment
• Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards
• Restock supplies as needed during service

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and time management
• Quick learner with attention to detail
• Previous kitchen experience (a plus, not required)
• Food safety certification (if applicable)
